Showing a column name as a tool tip when the mouse is rolled over the column data

Aim is to show a column name as a tool tip when the mouse is rolled over the column data

    Nice one.

    Some readers might prefer several worlds in the tool tip, so you have to wrap the "PER NAME YEAR" in single quotes, for example:
    @[html]{p title='"PER NAME YEAR"'}@H{/p}
    (replace the "{" with "<" and "}" with ">")
    If you don't, you will see only the first word as tool tip (PER)
